Your fibreglass pool shell is manufactured, inspected, and prepared for transport. All filtration equipment, plumbing components, and accessories are assembled and moved to a local warehouse ready for installation.
Excavation of the pool area and removal of soil. A base screed is laid, followed by craning the pool into position. Plumbing lines are installed and connected. Structural backfilling and compaction complete the foundation.
We construct the concrete bond beam required for long‑term structural stability, along with the concrete equipment pad. If additional concrete surrounds are included in your quote, these are formed and poured at this stage.
Your filtration system — pump, filter, sanitiser — along with lighting and any optional extras (automation, heating) are installed and connected by our team.
Your system is started, tested and water is balanced. We walk you through your equipment, controls, recommended care, and warranty information.

If anyone is thinking of getting a pool, I highly highly recommend Terry and team from Tranquility Pools. Terry is very knowledgeable and he treated the job as if it was his build. He answered all my questions and I had lots of questions concerns even some review comments explained.
We had a lot of issues council, hitting rock retaining wall needed engineer and easement to consider Also equipment had to move location. But Terry kept at it to make me and all authorities happy in a tight space. Also happy I started early as council took 5 mths. Terry also helped me with some great tradies to finish the job as we are new to the area.
