If I could give 10 stars I would!! We nearly gave up putting a pool in as finding an installer was becoming frustrating trying to negotiate whether they were a trustworthy company with a quality shell....

Terry and Karee were my last try, and Im so glad I called!! From the first phone call I was impressed and had a good feeling. Well they never let us down. No question was ever a problem for Terry, he was always happy to go above and beyond and had great advice even when it came to the esthetics of the pool area.

Karee was so organised and efficient with all the paperwork, everything worked like clockwork. The team they use to install and concrete were fantastic as well. We are very happy with our pool!!

I was totally clueless about pools and they guided me through the process with ease, where they took the time to explain things and answer any questions I had (no matter how silly). Our initial contact with Terry was earlier in the year - with our pool installation being delayed as coming out of Covid and all the rain we had in the beginning of this year.

Terry was very patient with me even though I wasn’t. Then it all happened excavation , pool lifted in and concrete beams poured. From the team that dug the hole , the team that put the pool in the ground, the team that did the concreting were welcomed house guests all were polite, professional at their respective jobs and communicated in a very friendly manner.

We also found Terry and Karee the same way right from the beginning with the approach of selling us a pool that fits the area and equipment capable of running it But also noting there are bells and whistles available if you have that mindset.

If anyone is thinking of getting a pool, I highly highly recommend Terry and team from Tranquility Pools. Terry is very knowledgeable and he treated the job as if it was his build. He answered all my questions and I had lots of questions concerns even some review comments explained.
We had a lot of issues council, hitting rock retaining wall needed engineer and easement to consider Also equipment had to move location. But Terry kept at it to make me and all authorities happy in a tight space. Also happy I started early as council took 5 mths. Terry also helped me with some great tradies to finish the job as we are new to the area.

Through the whole process Terry had great communication with us about pool size, design and functionality to make sure we could utilise our available space in our small yard.

He had great recommendations about shell colour and tile colour, it has made our pool look a beautiful light blue.

I could not recommend Tranquility Pools more, if you want someone who knows what they’re doing, have great communication skills and produces a perfect pool.

We would like to extend our gratitude to Terry, Karee and the team at Tranquility pools. They were the only company recommended by POOLZ Australia in our area (Central Coast, NSW).

We did so much research and got a few quotes from other companies and read all the good and bad reviews. Terry was great to deal with from day one, and I’m not the easiest of customers as this is our first pool and I was worried about costs and hidden fees etc.
Terry had the patience of a saint and answered them all. We had dramas with cc council and we worked together to get the outcome we wanted and within our budget.

Once approved our pool was in the ground in 2 weeks, install took only 2 days. The whole team of contractors went above and beyond.
So happy with the result, not quite finished with landscaping (as I’m a perfectionist) so will post a pic of before and after once done.

Out of all the pool installers in the Newcastle area which provided a quote. Tranquility Pools were the only ones to not push a hard sell, and also confirm installation before Christmas. This was a no fuss process, with open and constant communication of the process with any questions or concerns quickly answered or clarified. Amazing service, and absolutely love our new pool.
