Tranquility Pools provides:
• Supply-only fiberglass pool and equipment packages and advice
• Fully installed fiberglass pool packages, including approvals, pool shell and equipment supply, excavation, plumbing, crane, concreting, and final handover
What areas do you service?
• Supply-only: Eastern Australia — from Gippsland (VIC) to Cape York (QLD) and everywhere in between
• Fully installed: Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, Cessnock, Upper Central Coast, and the Lower Hunter Valley
What are your business hours?
Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm.
After-hours enquiries are welcomed and responded to on the next business day.
How do I get a quote?
Contact us with your name, address, mobile number, email, preferred pool model, preferred delivery timeframe, and whether you’d like supply-only or a fully installed package. We’ll assess your site and prepare a proposal for you.

What equipment comes with a pool package?
All packages are customisable. We typically include the pump, filter, sanitiser, and LED lights and offer additional options such as heating, robotic cleaners, automation, chemical dosing, covers, and more.
Can I customise my equipment?
Yes. Pumps, filters, sanitisation systems, lights, heaters, automation, and robotic cleaners are all customisable.
What warranties do you provide?
• Manufacturer warranty on the fiberglass pool shell
• Manufacturer warranties on all supplied equipment
• Workmanship warranty for fully installed projects
Full details are provided during quoting and again at handover.
Is finance available?
Yes. We partner with HandyPay, who offer flexible finance options for pool and outdoor projects.
Do I need council approval for a pool?
Yes. Most pools require either a Complying Development Certificate (CDC) or a Development Application (DA). Our team will guide you on which applies to your property.
Do you offer aftercare and maintenance support?
Yes. We provide ongoing support, water chemistry advice, equipment troubleshooting, and maintenance recommendations.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer and approved finance arrangements.
How soon can you start my project?
Availability depends on approvals, your chosen pool model, and our installation schedule. We confirm dates once your quote is accepted and your details are reviewed.
Can I send photos of my yard?
Yes. Yard photos are extremely helpful for assessing access, slopes, and overall layout. We will provide an email or upload link for you to send them through.
